advance to secure the booking.
- Full payment for the stay is due upon check-in, and additional
charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit/debit cards

- Any incidental charges incurred during the stay will be settled
by the guest upon check-out.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of
any excessive cleaning, repairs, or replacement of damaged items.
3. Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellations made 15 Days or more prior to the arrival date are
eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date will be
charged 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be
charged 80% of the total booking amount.
- In case of a no-show or failure to cancel within the specified
period, will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Children and Extra Guests :
- The maximum number of guests per room is limited to the
occupancy rate specified during the booking process.
- Children under the age of 5 years can stay in existing beds free
of charge.
- Extra beds are available upon request and subject to additional
charges.

- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon
check-in.
- The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years old. Guests
below this age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

check-in date during peak seasons or special events will receive a
partial refund of the deposit or prepayment, minus an
administration fee of 20% of the total booking amount.
- Reservations canceled within 15 days of the scheduled check-in
date during peak seasons or special events may not be eligible for
any refund.
3. Non-Refundable Reservations :
- Some rate plans, promotions, or special offers may be classified
as non-refundable. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled
or modified, and the total booking amount will be charged at the
time of booking.
4. Group Bookings :
